A praise for orange me thinks. My phone the htc desire had started to turn itself off when used as a sat nav so i called today to say its faulty and to get a repair or a replacement, the helpful lady looked at the account and mentioedn about me being on a sim only deal(didnt get the rest) but said she would put it through as a replacement, she then proceeded to tell me that i was due a refund as i had been paying for the internet bundle(she said the customer service rep i spoke to about it last year hadnt read the notes on my account) which i should have been getting for free as part of my contract so she put the refund through of £30. I was a bit peeved when i noticed id been paying for data id used when i was 100% sure i had requested data as part of the contract but thought since i didnt notice sooner that it was my fault.
