Hollywood Art Direction – three copies to be won
In Designs on Film, (published by HarperCollins) journalist and interior designer Cathy Whitlock illuminates the role of art direction and production design in some of the most memorable moments of Hollywood through the decades. Through a collection of some 400 photographs, Whitlock narrates the evolving story of art direction, from the massive Roman architecture of Ben-Hur and the infamous Dakota apartment in Rosemary’s Baby to the CGI-enhanced city of Gotham in Batman Begins.
