Hi First Time user here!

Just looking for some advice, I have recently set up a Littlewoods account and was give £3000 credit limit which was great as I'm in the middle of moving house :T and need some new bits and bobs.

When I go on my account online to check my order it has been showing as being processed and not changed for the past week. Its now coming up to the delivery date and I've had no contact off Littlewoods.

My husband will not let me call up the 0845 number :mad: as we only have a mobile anyone know anyway I can contact them thanks in advance x

You should get a letter shortly if your a brand new customer. Basically explaining why its processing.

It could be, out of stock, credit rejected, require a deposit or anything, without ringing them, or waiting a week via email then you'll never know.

You could call Kay&Co (Empire) on 01924 743648 theyre all part of Shop Direct so will get through the littlewoods team aswell. Just have your account number handy!

Show hubby the call can be made for just 3p per minute (plus the cost of a geograhic call number, perhaps included within your calling plan) plus a 5p connection charge
