I'd wear knee-high boots.[0

I have a pair of knee high's, the are beige with a fur cuff at the top. (not sure they would go tbh)
I have very slender claves, so i struggle with boots, i always have such a huge gap at the top it just looks really silly.
I bought a pair in ASDA the other week that i have to take back as even with jeans they are still too big.
What sort of knee high do you have in mind?My beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0 -

I would have said knee high boots too but how about something like this style of shoe:

Nice thick heel which is not too high and look quite dressy!"It's an anywhere road for anybody, anyhow . . . . . but no matter the road is life" - Jack Kerouac0 -
If not boots. Heeled shoes with matching dark tights.Truth always poses doubts & questions. Only lies are 100% believable, because they don't need to justify reality. - Carlos Ruiz Zafon, The Labyrinth of the Spirits0

If you can't wear heels (think the dress would look gorgeous with a pair of mary jane style heels) then I would also say knee high boots.
ps - the dress is beautiful!0 -
Hi guys, thank you all for your suggestions so far.
I have found these, any opinions?

Don't think those are quite right with the dress - the nude coloured ones in a previous post are better, if you go for a shoe. Still think plain black knee high boots with black tights would be best, though!:D[0

Depends where you are wearing them to?
I would go with ugg style boots for day or smarter knee highs for night0 -
