Capital One PPI from ccard

Hi

I am wanting try and claim my PPi back from my old credit card. Capital One gave me a credit card after I applied purley because my husband was out of work and we needed money fro everyday things as well as my wage.

The account is now in arrears and I am having help from CCCS with regards to my debts.

Will this affect things?

I've downloaded the questionaire template and am trying to word it right in the box entitled Section E, about your complaint.

Any ideas how to word it?


I have the same problem with Egg loan which is in default, but have arranged to pay every month as there is a Charging order against my house for this.

And I think I had PPI on my First Direct personal loan which I took out in April 2003. Will I be able to try and calim this back also?

Hi there, take a look here for reasons for mis sell

If any/all apply to you, then you can put a claim in. Send recorded and give them 8 weeks to respond. You must have a genuine reason for mis sell so look at the link i gave you and then you can word your template accordingly.
Regarding the loans, if reasons for mis sell apply to these, then put a claim in, if you do not have the account numbers then you can send £1 to each one and request a copy of the agreements. Just to let you know, if you win any mis sell, then these amounts will be taken off your balances as you are on reduced payments. If you need any more help, just give us a shout.
