thanks for your reply. I suspected that the summer period is not counted as study period, so should be disregarded from SLC and council point of view, thanks for confirming that. is it only in first two years? what about third year?

we were receiving CTC but because of all changes in DH's benefits, that's being recalculated as well, don't know how that's going to turn out
