Premier Parking Solutions query

Hi

I normaly post on the DFW board and when I posted my concern about my son receiving an illegal parking charge I was kindly directed to this forum.

Below is a link to the other thread.

Please can you advise what template letter my son should use to reply to the parking company.

Many thanks

The National Car Park Adjudicator Service is for official council tickets it does not deal with private parking tickets!

Bailiffs can not come and will not come!

You have done too much already. This is a private parking charge, it is not official, it can not be enforced. They will send letters threatening all sorts of this and that, but they have no authority to penalise anybody. Their only redress is to recover their loss. Now as your son paid they have had no loss! If you have the ticket keep hold of it! apart from that do not contact them, as they will talk rubbish!

Ignore them and the foolish letters you will receive nothing in 99.99% of cases ever goes further then threats! Contacting them just encourages them!

    A Little info on them!

    hello again!

Just popping online to share my news re: parking saga. My son has emailed local MP Henry Smith, and had a reply! He has promised to contact the Director of PPS (Mr Cox) to present his case.

He has also advised against paying..in fact the same advice as you have given, he is currently trying to get a bill through parliament to protect motorists from these unfair parking charges

I wouldnt have had a clue what to do if it wasnt for this place, so thank you all for your excellent advice

They even mention it in their letters :-

"We are fully aware of anecdotal information being presented via internet and on various websites and you may feel this guidance is worth following. We strongly urge you to seek independant legal advice rather than rely on these opinions"

Then they ramble on about Civil Procedure Rules part 31 and parts 31.16 and 31.17, the t*ssers.

You guys are famous or should I say infamous.:rotfl:

One thing they conveniently forget to mention is that those Civil Procedure Rules do not apply to the Small Claims Court.

Yet another example of their pseudo legal mumbo-jumbo.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

I wonder how long it will take for one to come up with "under the freedom bill 2011 it [STRIKE]will[/STRIKE] might make the RK responsible for any charges."

As for seeking legal advice I think they could do with following their own advice!!:p
