The main prize includes 2 night's hotel accommodation at Coworth Park based on two people sharing one standard room (twin or double) including taxes but no breakfast and will be subject to availability. £150 spending money in the form of a cheque payment to be sent to the winner’s address within 15 working days. One spa treatment or equestrian lesson for 2 people up to the value of £120 and dinner for 2 in the hotel restaurant up to the value of £250.00.
The winner will take full responsibility for any personal injury incurred during the spa treatment or equestrian lesson.
Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative; also non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Entrants should be aware that prizes must be claimed within 21 days of notification of winning or as otherwise stated in the Competition Rules.
A credit card will be required at hotel check in to act as guarantee for incidentals, room service etc.
If the winner's guest is under 18, they will require written parental/guardian consent.
The winner and guest must comply with the terms and limitations of the venues involved in the Competition or prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Travel insurance will not be included.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to any additional accommodation, travel/transportation costs including but not limited to car hire, UK transfers, ground transportation, parking costs, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, water sports, spa treatments, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, alcohol, programmes, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance, including but not limited to travel and medical insurance, unless otherwise stated.
