Outlook Express Problem

Help! My Outlook express outgoing e'mail has stopped working. I run AVG free addition version 7. Also Zone alarm. I am recieving a lot of "AVG for e'mail. Undelivered mail, return to sender", in my inbox. Obviously the e'mail doesnt seem to get past my a/virus software for some reason. I also run Mailwasher. All my incomming mail is fine. Anyone have any ideas please

which ISP ??

some of them have changed outgoing mail settings to stop spam

and others have changed their terms and conditions so you have to dial in to the account from time to time (if you have switched to broadband)

or have you just changed ISP or something ?

Interesting, never thought of that! Have just reduced my broadband deal from 750K to 300K (dropping the price). Will check that out. Bet thats the problem. Thanks a lot
