WF customer acceptance form

I have recieved an offer from Welcome Finance which would seem about right for my outstanding loan.
However, in my complaint I requested they investigate 2 previous loans. There are no mention of these loans in the offer but I' worried about signing the acceptance incase this is the final offer for all loans when I know this is an incorrect figure. The acceptance form does show the account number at the top for the current loan. I tried to call them this morning for some confirmation but only opened Mon-Fri and difficult to call when I work.
Anybody any idea if this would cover the one loan only?

Did they give any claim ref numbers for each one?
