I recently got myself into a scrape where I was viewing a Family Xbox Live membership, just to see what it entailed. However when I tried to exit, it informed me that I had just paid £67 for a family membership.
Since I'm the only one who uses Live in the house, I contacted Xbox UK, who couldn't have been more helpful. They took my details, cancelled the membership and refunded the money back, all within 10 mins. Excellent work!

Lucky you, most of the rest of us who try to cancel our membership have to spend ages on the phone. The fact that M$ don't allow you to cancel online is disgraceful in itself quite frankly.0
