Finished up at work today, help sorting everything out?

As per the title, I finished up at my job today and now I'm trying to get my head around what needs done.
I start my new job on the 21st.
I currently claim WTC, do I call and tell the tax credit helpline that I've finished work now or when I start at my new job?
My new job has a similar salary to my current one but has bonuses payable every month which are performance related but can be worth up to £300 at this branch, how do I tell TC how much I expect to earn in these circumstances? I don't expect that my wages for this year will change much as I will be less than 2 months into this job at the end of the tax year but what should I do for estimating next year?
Also I use access 2 work, I need to get my last taxi sheet signed off on Tuesday when I'm in handing in my uniforms. Do I just phone access 2 work and tell them I've moved job? I've got my copy of my new contract and stuff but I can't find anything that details which site I'll be working at which I assume access 2 work will want to see?

Just to cover yourself, yes tell wtc, make a note of who you spoke to and what date and time.
And then ring and repeat on the 21st.
any c0ckups by them can be found easily then.
ring access to work too, hopefully any equipment might be able to move to the new job, as i was lead to believe the company you work for do not own the equipment but atw.0 -
Thanks Muppette, there's no equipment involved, just taxi fares. They did trial some stuff to work with my hearing aids but gave up when the audiologist kept changing their minds over which aids i'll actually end up with.0
