funny girls blackpool

Hi I live in North West (Burnley) My youngest daughter is looking for something to do for her 18th in 3 weeks. She doesnt just fancy a night round town. Not been Funny Girls. Is it appropriate age for her and 4 or 5 friends to go for an evening out? Any other suggestions welcome

  • Most girls/women love the show! It's moved premises since I last went but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'd book it first though to avoid disappointment.
  • I went myself a couple of weeks ago with some friends. We are all aged 30 ish!! Really enjoyed, it the drag queens dance/mime to the show songs and in between disco/dance music. really funny and entertaining. You must book up though gets fully booked weeks ahead!! Hth x

Its a fab night out, for any age group. I've been several times, in the past.

I suggest going to Roxy's Bar on Queens Street, across the road, afterwards for more transvestite cabaret show. Its relatively cheap entry, and its owned by the same people who own Funny Girls. Party, party, party.

You'll definitely have to book funny girls, but there should'nt be a problem at Roxys. Ask anyone, where Roxys is!

Hope she has a fab birthday.

yes i agree, get a booth, we went, but we got there quite late and they only had standing room left, and its quite a long show, i think i'd have enjoyed it more if i'd been sat watching it rather than achy feet and a drink in my hand all night! lol

Funny Girls is fabulous, the show is first class, a bit saucy, very funny, but not crude. I prefer to stand at the front because I like to be near the stage. I went once with a boyfriend and we had booked a table, but it was too far back for me, I didn't think the view was that good. Definately book if you want a table.
