I was just wondering how many people are in th same situation as me.
I've had a letter from egg upholding my complaint altho they can't calculate the refund until the outcome of the judicial review, I called the FOS an they said it should be business as usual and egg are in the wrong, so I have paperwork in the post from the FOS.
Are many people in the same boat??
Was wondering as egg have upheld it will the FOS have to do a full investigation???

Hi there
I understand lots are in the same position as yourself, but hopefully this will be resolved sooner rather than later, have a browse through the threads when you get a few spare minutes.

Hi Jordan, I was in the same situation as you as you will have seen from my previous thread.
Just got home today to find a cheque for £4400 which is the whole amount of PPI including the interest they applied. Further down he letter it says that they are still waiting on the outcome of the judicial review and once that is sorted out I will receive an additional payment as per the decision!
Woohoo! what a nice 30th birthday present!just off to the bank to pay it in!
