British Gas Low income rebate ???

You might remember that last year BRITISH GAS gave a rebate of around £40 to low income families ....
I have been trying to ring them all morning but cant get through ... does anyone know if they are doing the same this year ????

Apparently if you got it last year you should have recieved a letter to confirm you will get it this year
