:hello: Hi Guys,
I'm sorry if this question has been asked a thousand times already but i just need some clarification before i shoot myself in the foot
i received my tatty envelope full of statements form NATWEST.
Now i have worked out that they owe me ove £2600
I have just gone through my statements one by one and added the costs up, my question is do i add interest on the whole full amount or each charge ?
Also when i sent the first Letter do i include a copy of the statements to show the charges or not
Also the £38 for DD's i understant but can i also claim back the £25 referal charges (Don't know what they are) and the £9 a month for being overdrawn ?
Sorry to be a pain
