    It's not stated but any prizes that I have won have always been posted out to me.I've won about 15 times including bulkier items eg a tool-kit.

    I do wish that they would state if collection is needed.Mind you I'm sure someone would collect for anyone that wins that cannot collect.

    Sorry to bump but I won a Monopoly game from them a couple of months ago and emailed to say it was too far for me to travel so they offered to post the prize. It seems that they do ask you to collect but if you can't they will post it. HTH
