A bit of praise for e2save.
Bought a new payg phone from them. The phone kept switching itself off so I called them on Tuesday, they arranged for DHL to pick it up on Wednesday and said I'd get a new one once they'd received and checked the faulty one.
The new phone arrived this morning. Pretty good service for a phone which only cost 1p (although had to buy £10 of airtime) and had free next day delivery.

Hi , on a different subject, further praise for E2Save, after problems a couple of years ago with delays in paying cashback I just thought I would give feedback on my latest purchase with 'automatic' cashback. Purchased mobile on 20th January and the cashback cheque for £320 arrived on the 10th February, well within their own timescales.0
