Is posting airsure tracked recognised as proof of delivery by paypal?

If not how can you post abroad and have proof of delivery with royal mail

Can I state that as a customer, I order from a particular company in the US quite frequently, who use FedEx. I appreciate it is a US company, but I believe they operate here as well!

What is amazing about them is not only the speed, but also the detail that is given about where the package is in transit. I am going to paste an order that came today for me via FedEx, and I followed online after the order was placed with the seller.

I wouldn't want anything less myself if selling something abroad, and afraid of it not arriving and being blamed. I must state I don't have any axe to grind with other couriers, and if the same service is available I think it is great. Just posting my experience. It reads arrival first at Exeter, but start at the bottom to see where it started and how fast it got here, via 2 flights in the US, arrival at Stansted and then my home in Devon. I placed my order on the 8th Feb. Good luck OP and hope this helps on what service you should be looking for.

No international service by royal mail is guaranteed to track outside of the uk.

If your item is less than £41 in value you may feel it is appropriate to cover yourself with a certificate of posting. You will not win a paypal claim but can claim from royal mail if the item is lost.

If over £41 then you need a courier. I use transglobalexpress, they give a variety of carriers and services, which show as tracked online.

After a lot of research I would say it's practically impossible to be 100% covered when sending abroad (except couriers of course).
A seller has to either accept the risk and self-insure for the tiny fraction of parcels that go astray, or only sell to the UK.
At the end of the day if it's under £41 the item is insured by RM anyway, so the risk is minimal.

Fedex does give detailed tracking of international consignments but at a price which makes it very expensive unless items need to be sent very quickly.
