I have a fake pandora bracelet to sell which is not genuine. It is silver and very pretty. Just been looking on ebay for how to list it and there are a couple of the same bracelet listed as a pandora bracelet. It doesnt say anywere that they are not genuine but they are not. I dont want to mislead bidders or get into trouble so how should i list mine-can i use the word pandora and then say its not real?

I am not trying to sell it as a pandora bracelet-just a peice of costume jewellery. So long as i am honest whats the problem?chancesare wrote: »You should not be selling anything that is fake. Full stop.0 -
You cant make reference to the name of the genuine product. If reported it will be removed. You cannot imply genuine. Like you say, just list it as costume jewellery, cant go wrong otherwise you risk problems.0

Absolutely not, listing something as 'like' or 'style' will get the listing pulled. It is best to avoid any reference to Pandora at all and sell it as metal bracelet.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Some one as the exact same bracelet listed as the one i have for sale-it is listed as a pandora bracelet. I messaged them to ask about it and they replied saying it was 100% genuine! Its not though but has loads of bids on it? Surely this is wrong?0

Mine does but as it was only £20 and has loads of beads i know its not real. Also i got a real one for my birthday and you can tell the difference.0
