4. Only one entry per person.
5. You can enter a competition via the applicable competition page on lovethegarden.com.
6. Competitions are only open to lovethegarden.com members.
7. By entering a competition you are agreeing to become a lovethegarden.com member (if not previously registered). Members are required to complete a registration questionnaire and will receive a monthly e-mail newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by using link provided directly within newsletters itself.
8. The winner will be picked from random after the competition closing date.
9. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
10. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. You can find out who has won a particular competition by checking the relevant competition winners pages on lovethegarden.com.
12. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company may require.
13. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
14. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
15. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
16. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
