Cc was always given this medication early on a morning but the time was specified on the mar sheet. When questioned about this I said it had not been given as the time was not specified. I explained it had not been given and I had not signed for the medication. I questioned if the medication time had changed due to the lack of specified time which had previously been on the sheet. This was explained by the nurse to (nurse) who subsequently changed the time on the medication during the hand over.
KR paracetamol to be given PM asked if this had been given on the morning again no time specified. Client was settled and no visual evidence of pain. explained it had to be given on a morning but again no time specified. As a nurse I am accountable for assessing the client’s needs at the time I am on duty.0 -
You are not entitled to be accompanied at an investigatory hearing.
But if the matter proceeds to a disciplinary, you are entitled to be accompanied by a trade union representative or a work colleague (this is for england and wales, as far as I know this also applies to Scotland, but if you are in Scotland let me know and I'll double check).I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

if i remember my MDS training corectly if the marr sheet does not specify a time then it should have something along the lines of as and when required.
to me it sounds as if the marr sheet has not been checked correctly.MoneySpendingExpert0 -
