Sound insulation for a stud wall.

I recently built a stud wall which separates a bathroom and a bedroom and I need some advice regarding sound insulation.
The stud wall is built using 3x2 timber and I will be using 12.5mm plasterboard. Obviously because it separates a bathroom and a bedroom it's very important that it is sound proofed effectively.
What type of sound insulation would you recommend and where can I get it from?

For good sound insulation you should put 2 layers of plasterboard on either side, one vertically and one horizontally, together with acoustic insulation between the studs.

Lookon british-gypsum website they do different sound block plasterboard 12mm and 15mm .0

Fill with rockwool flexi slab, then 2 x layers of 15mm soundbloc plasterboard, then skim over.
You could also add a llayer of Green Glue between the plasterboards, but it is quite expensive.0 -
Look up Fermacell Orange Book for robust details an accredited contruction details for partitions.
That's not a recommendation for Fermacell, which I have never seen, let alone used.
It is different to plasterboard and has different ratings.
Would be nice if I could find a similar manual of RDs and ACDs with other construction methods.
IIRC you are need to have 40dB minimum attenuation for a loo. Thet isn't a lot.
The insulation wholesalers (Kitson's Sheffield Insulation) should have a range of dry lining products as well as insulation. Builders merchants may have a smaller range of insulation products but they should have decent range of dry linings.0
