My friend and I are hoping to open a coffee shop in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and would like to know approximately how much our itility bills might be. The footage is approx 1,000 sq ft. Is there anyone who could help us with this please?

If you are buying/leasing an existing commercial unit, then some figures should be available from the vendors or landlord possibly? No free lunch, and no free laptop0
