Eon - very helpful

Switched over last month and just had to phone customer services as the discounts I was meant to have were not shown. It seems I had 2 accounts rather than 1, for dual fuel.

Sharon in CS had to call another dept and kept coming back to me when she was trying to get through, asking if I was ok holding, she was very courteous, knew what she was on about and now it's on the way to being resolved. It's the first time I've dealt with them since the transfer, and I was quite impressed.

By the way, they don't advertise it but they have a free phone number that gets you straight through to an agent (rather than all the menus) which is 0800 0511626
