Hi all,
I've lost my iphone 4 on boxing day evening. i went shopping and i've lost it. after i found it lost i immediately called o2 and cancelled my sim. then i called police.the lady who answered the phone on police switchboard said its not possible to take reports unless its not an emergency and the police station opens back on 29th.but i called them again on 27th but i got the same answer. Life style group rejected my claim saying i didn't report the lost phone to the police within 24 hours.the i re appealed. now its been two months.im getting no answer.every time i call they say they are waiting for third party information. my land line bill shows the number of attempts and time i tried to report to the police. but they doesn't want it. can anybody tell me am i wrong some where? is there any way to make the listen

Write to their complaints department with all the details including your bills and tell them you will take them to court if they do not pay up.
Telephone advisors wont really care as all they do answer the phone and will try to fob you off.0 -
Have a chat with Consumer Direct they may be able to advise on how to move this forward.
