First post here.......
Have been reading all about the above outfit and am sure I am going to just ignore them now.
however when I received my PCN for parking outside a parking bay at local retail park I appealed it and low and behold they rejected my appeal. TBH I forgot all about it and then today I get a final reminder from Parking Collection Service Ltd.
AM I ok just to ignore it bearing in mind I made previously made contact, should I sent a template letter like the one I found on here?
Thanks and sorry if if this question been asked before.

So, you have a few more letters to look forward to. Next you should get the latest effort by UKPC, the letter from Colemans ctts solicitors as mentioned by Llonus10 post number 53 on this thread:

If you read the other posts, this is a new letter a lot of people have mentioned this year. But that means nothing, the parking charge still isn't going to Court, it's ALL about threats.
Do not send any template letter, that's a really old article by Martin Lewis that the regular posters here tend to disagree with. No contact is best, even after your initial attempt at an 'appeal' (as if!) it makes no difference. They will still send the same predictable letter-chain.
Now worries, just see the letters out and tell your friends. This is not a fine and not a debt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
