Warning check your Very Catalogue statement this month

I received my statement this week from Very Catalogue to have a covering letter included that I have been charged £12.00 for late payment. I pay by direct debit so knew this to be incorrect.
Rang Very and they have a message explaining that an error was made for all direct debit customers and will be sending letters out and that the accounts will be rectified.
