Tell us what you want to know as what you ask is a pretty broad question.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. There are plenty of companies who can provide this service.
I currently use Interactive Investor (iii). If you do a forum search for isa providers you'll find plenty to choose from.Debbie0 -
The share centre (Share.com) do ISAs for shares and you would need to check their site to get the price of the service. I only use them for buying individual shares for which they charge £7.50 per deal. They are very professional and nice to do business with.
There is another company people have been talking about and which charges approx £5 to buy shares but I am not sure if they arrange ISAs - they are called X-O. You need to do a bit of research before choosing which shares to put in the ISA. Share.com make it easy to look up any individual share - current price, dividend if any and brokers opinions etc.0 -
I also use III as they have no annual management fee, and i pick my own shares to put in it.
You get £10200 per year i think, of which a max £5100 can be cash - im sure there are plenty of sites on the net to confirm whether this is correct. You can use anything that isn't cash up to this amount in a shares ISA. This year i chose to put the full 10.2k into shares isa. It's pretty simple and i was totally new to investing 6 months ago too. You can also play about with buying at a particular price and the share builder scheme. Don't forget, you can't buy AIM shares unless they are dual listed.
