Chralph's Rant

HI everyone, don't think I have posted on here before but I just want to say how I hate cash machines!

I was on my way to work today in quite a good mood considering I had to get up particularly early! I needed to get some cash out to get a bus ticket and the machine swallowed my card

Th annoying thing was that i rang the Natwest customer line and they said i should ring them back later as they are very busy!! It was 6.30 in the morning! I dont think they would be that busy!!

Im sorry to put this on here but i just had to write it somewhere.

Thanks :)

Chris

This has happened to me once, but was in the afternoon. I went into the bank and asked them to open the machine up and retrieve my card (card and bank one an dthe same). after 6 excuses ranging from "i'm a trainee" to "how do we know its your card - it swallowed it up for a good reason", I got it back after sowing my credentials.

I had my card swallowed one time (greasy kebab after a boozy night out stopped me from getting any grip of the card) I phoned up and asked to get it back but their policy was that they dispose of it and that they will send a replacement..pretty annoying if you use it constantly
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!
