Hi there,
we've moved in the last 2 months (to money save!) and before I moved I cancelled my free trial with screenselect.co.uk. It said I had 2 discs still but since I'd never received them I didn't think much of it. Only now do I realise they have charged me for 2 months (£14.50) for the pleasure of not having had the DVD's! All our mail has been forwarded on from the new address so I know they can't be there still. I have emailed them requesting a refund immediately as the way I look at it either they got lost in the post or this is a scam. Why would I want to keep 2 DVD's and pay £29 for them?!!!! Has anyone else had experience with this? I'm fuming! On my account it says "cancellation pending" as they think I've still got these flippin' DVD's.
