Trouble getting vouchers from energy comparison site

Hi, has anyone had problems getting vouchers from simply switch for dual energy switch
I went through the link that is on this website, I waited over 3 months and then tried to email, the email was returned to me. Then I called the company and I was told they would be with me by the end of January that would be 4 - 5 months after initially doing the switch. I was told the amazon voucher would be emailed to me, I still did not received them by the end of January so I have called them again and have been told I will have to wait another 3 weeks as they are waiting for a delivery of vouchers.
I can't help but wonder if I will ever get the vouchers.

If you do a search, you'll find yes there have been some issues. Not sure they were all Simply Switch's fault. I think some people hadn't followed the rules.

You seem to have done, or at least tried.

The good news is that some people have come back and confined they got their vouchers eventually. Don't give up all hope.

After reading this thread and realising that I had never received my vouchers after eleven months, I contacted them.
It would seem you have to specially 'ask for them', despite the offer being made in the first place.
The reply I got from them is:

'After looking into this for you it appears your voucher was never requested. We have no record of the voucher being requested on our system. We sent you an email with details of how to choose the voucher on 17/02/10 , I will resend this for you please use the link to choose the preferred voucher and this will be processed for you.'

They did not send me 'an email with details of how to choose the voucher' - just a thank you for switching etc email, which I still have in front of me.

Voucher has now been promised - er,:question: in three months. We shall see. :question:

I have also had difficulty getting my vouchers out of simply switch. After switching online, via the simplyswitch website as instructed, in November 2010, I wrote an email to them in February asking about the whereabouts of these £35 amazon vouchers. I was apologized to and informed of occasional delays due to ordering problems but that I would receive my voucher in an email as soon as they had received them from amazon. I have sent another email today 14th Apr 11 and am awaiting further response as it has now gone over the 90 days and we are on day 136. Rather unacceptable really.
Poor show simply switch.
