For people who sign up now the cost has increased and you get the "added benefit" of free credit scores (actually most of us don't think its of any use at all).
But your wife can access her experian file for £2 for the statutory report, no need to sign up for the ongoing deal at all. Same for you, if you cancel yours you can look at the £2 report- which you could even order every month if you wanted to and would still cost loads less.

Does anybody know if I sign up with experian to get a full report etc and have access for the first month can i close my account after this month and not incurr any further charges.
