    As you want to leave because of our price increase, you will not be affected by the new prices. Also, the cancellation fee applicable to your tariff will not be applied.

    Please be aware, though, there is a time frame for this.

    Basically, we need to know within 20 working days of you receiving the letter about the new prices that you wish to leave. We then need to receive the notice of transfer from the new supplier within 15 working days of you letting us know.

    This is detailed on page 2 of the letter advising of the new prices.

    As DD says, you will not receive any discount on your final bill.
