Fedup off waiting

no new update on a claim on hubbys cc guess who Lloyds ,they cc was taken out roughly 1999 and was cancelled a few yrs later when he noticed he was paying roughly £70 a month on the ppi we asked for statement but only got the last 6 yrs none had the ppi on it so we had no proof so ooff to the fos and they too have had problems with Lloyds reponding to them so its waiting to go to the ombudsman now emailed a few times and just get the same sorry but we are very busy which i know they are but has anyone else had similar probs fedup off waiting now ty

The usual response from the FOS on this is that if the bank cant supply more than 6 years worth of data and your area of complaint is after those six years then they will reject your complaint.

not sure has the adjicator rang in sept and ask loads of questions to hubby and said even though they had no paper work that he had a case and would continue they where not happy about lloyds not reponding to there requests and the ombudsman would be the next step if they did not respond which is where it at ,at the moment so will just have too wait
