My daughter has had funds taken out of her account by these, she reported it to Halifax, and the police. Halifax said would not treat it as fraud as it connected to her e mail, even though she has never been on this site. There are lots of people who have had funds taken without authorisation if you google it. She has had to go town to town to speak to her bank today, who were not helpful at all, and did not cancel her card. I f you go on here you will read just how bad this company is and be more aware..canyoutrustthem.com0

I'd put a formal written complaint in to Halifax.0 -
If anyone at all is trying to get money back from CREDITSAVER.ORG, you can reach them on the following number - 0844 704 7922 between the hours of 10am -5.30pm.If you don't succeed on the first attempt, keep trying - they will eventually answer. Took me 4 months to get my refund, but I have at long last now received it!
I have named and shamed this scam as much as I can!!0
