It's free listing as long as you are eligible. Unfortunately I'm not as I don't fit the minimum requirements for DSR's because I haven't sold anything within the last 12 months
Bum! I've listed some things today anyway because I have got to get some stuff cleared. I must just remember to list stuff regularly to keep some DSR's. Maybe next time eh?!

I cannot see any requirement to have a certain level of DRSs, if i have missed something could you please post a link or a cut and paste as it may well affect other sellers as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. We’re pleased to announce that on the 12th and 13th February, private sellers who list item(s) at any starting price in an eligible category using the auction format on eBay.co.uk, will not pay an insertion fee*.
Items listed using professional tools, such as (but not limited to), Turbo Lister and Sales Manager Pro, are excluded. Items will only be eligible for this promotion if they are listed with the iPhone Selling application, Quick sell or Advanced sell (Sell Your Item) forms.
For inspiration on what to sell check out our eBay House.
*Terms and conditions apply

The eBay Team

It's that bit there ^^^ Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible.
And this
Requirements for the seller performance standards
To meet the seller performance standards, you mustn’t exceed the maximum of both these requirements:- Percentage rate or count of low detailed seller ratings of 1 or 2 stars
- Percentage rate of opened and seller unresolved cases (from 20 October 2010)
In addition, you should minimise the number of negative and neutral feedback received, since this is a strong indicator that you are performing below standards.
View your performance in the Seller Dashboard.

If you have less than 400 transactions during the previous 3 calendar months, you will be evaluated based on ratings received over 12 months.
I've been back and forth all day on this and I don't have a sellers dashboard. Last time I sold was July 2009. I had 1 negative feedback (as a buyer more than 6 years ago as I neg'd them for not responding to a complaint about some slippers I bought. SNAD would have been filed now or even a paypal dispute but this was back in the day when you got charged £5 for each paypal dispute!). I've got a feedback score of 224.
If I am going stupidly wrong (and it wouldn't be the first time :rotfl:) please tell me where as I have left the higher value items in the hope that I am able to access a free listing day soon.
Oh, and if anyone does manage to access any DSRs on me, could you tell me what they are? I had positive feedback on all the items I did sell (all second hand clothing!).Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 - Percentage rate or count of low detailed seller ratings of 1 or 2 stars

Because you can all access my listings and user ID by telepathy of course (I'm SO dense sometimes!).
My user ID *Should remain private*...... Kaz - best to remove the bit in your last post about your user id. this is an open forum and your ebay id can be used to gain access to your personal info.
As to the DSRs issue - they will not show until you have a minimum of 10 ratings in the last 12 months. But I am pretty sure you can list for free like anyone else so have a go today. The only people restricted are those who do have 10 or more ratings and are failing to meet required standards.0 -
Strangely enough, still not received official notification from eBay about this weekend, but the general site notice is there in my Messages section.0

Relisting?
What I want to do is to relist some items that have not sold twice and therefore are not eligible for the usual automatic refund of insertion fee if they sell. In order to qualify for free listings can I use the relist function from My Ebay or do I have to do the listings again from scratch? Also, some of the items were originally listed using Turbo lister.
This is the relevant section of the T&C relating to relisting:
During the promotional period, if sellers re-list an item that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will not refund the Insertion Fee, as sellers would not have paid an Insertion Fee (the promotional Insertion Fee price of 0 pence) for re-listing the item.
However - it also says this in the T&C:
Only items listed with the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell forms
(Sell Your Item forms) are included0 -
I've managed to relist without incurring charges, just check the final screen shows no charge before you confirm the listing. When I did it though I could only list one at a time and not in bulk.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
