Offset Overdraft Account

Is there anyone who does an IF/ONE style account - but instead of offsetting against a mortgage, they offset against your overdraft?
Like a standard current account offset against a standard savings account.
If not - would it be a viable option for a bank to offer this as an option instead of loading charges all the time, after all - they would have your money anyway.
I know IF stopped issuing current accounts a while back, but they were offsetting against mortgages, so much higher loan amounts than OD's
just a thought.
