No Fault Car Crash !!!

HI i need some help !
I recently had a car crash which was no one’s fault fortunately my car had very little damage but the other parties car is going to cost over a £1000 to repair.
We have both agreed that the crash was a no fault accident
I don’t want to claim through my insurance as the cost to repair my car is very low and I don’t want to lose my no claims and increase my premium so I need to know do I have to give the other party my insurance details as I’m worried this will be recorded as an accident even though I am not claiming.
Can someone please give me some advise

If there was two vehicles involved, how can no one be at fault?0

Indeed, no such thing as an accident, Cause and effect, someone is at fault.
and yes you must disclose your details.
You must also inform your insurance. If you wish to settle mutually then inform the your insurers of that.
If you don't inform them - chances are the other party have...... and put you down as fault.0 -
As far as I am aware you are obliged to hand over your insurance details. Even if you don't the other insurer will be able to look them up.0
