If its not recorded its not a ccj in a credit file , and lets face it that is all that counts, and this person is obviously a troll, all they do is register an account to just say crap, and it is crap as its lies!

The CCJ is only applied if it goes to court, the PPC wins judgement, and its not paid within 28 days, and lets face it out 850k tickets issued yearly 60%-70% of them ignored, how likely is it to happen?
Agreed but the fact remains in the very very rare cases that are won by PPC there is a "CCJ against you" as soon as they win, that's not a lie
just a very good twisting of the truth, enough to scare people which is obviously the intent . As with all PPC letters it is all may not will but they do their very very best to make sure that fact is not made clear.0 -
I received a PCN from Aspect Parking Solutions back in November. I spoke to a few people who told me to ignore it as it was illegal to fine people on private property. A couple of months later I received a court summons from Basingstoke court court. I spoke to CAB who kindly came to court with me.
Aspect parking showed photos and a copy if a form that the land owners, I think, had signed. We argued for ages that it was private property but the judge agreed with them and I had to pay the fine and all the court costs, also I had a CCJ against me.
Be careful if you're thinking of ignoring it!!!!!! Get a solicitor who specialises in motor stuff may be an idea.
What you mean like the solicitor on Watchdog who was prepared to stake his professional reputation by going on national TV and advising that letters from PPCs were best made into paper aeroplanes ?? :rotfl:0 -

That is why people on here, pepipoo and CAG say it the way it is, a ccj can only be added if the judgement is not paid after 28 days, I have yet to see a win for them when it's defended properly, what I have seen is default judgements over turned , and lots of losses for them.
You are talking about a handful that goes anywhere near court, there are easier marks out there for the scammers !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

I do not believe one word you have written.
I'd say you were a blatant liar.
If you are not a liar, prove it by naming the court and the case number, if it exists, which i doubt.0 -

Hello again Perky! Or is it Peter?0 -
Ticket in Nov couple of months later a County court summons so January? Defended case at court done and dusted by February? I don't think so somehow!
Maybe a bit of research into time scales may have made your post a wee bit more believable!0 -

Actually, I've just had the same thing. Sigh. I did ignore it, and yesterday I received a county court note saying I now owe them £132.50 because they've added solicitors' fees.
Maybe ASP do take these things further. I'm looking for a way to get out of it, but I'm guessing I'll have to pay up. Boo hiss.0 -

You have been advised how to get out of it in your other thread. Have you read it?0
