Aspect Parking Solutions- anyone had a PCN from them?

I received a PCN from this company today, and after a quick google I came across an article about how any Joe Public can apply for their own parking enforcement kit, and they get a £10 cheque off the company for their trouble.
I've received a £60 ticket, and I'm wondering if it's best to just hold the fort and see what comes from it.
Anyone know of this company and its practices?
Thanks,
Katie

Private parking ticket, so ignore ignore & ignore.
What was the "crime" the driver of the car was supposed to committed?0 -
Its not a PCN, its an invoice from a bunch of chancers. Ignore it.0

I received a PCN from Aspect Parking Solutions back in November. I spoke to a few people who told me to ignore it as it was illegal to fine people on private property. A couple of months later I received a court summons from Basingstoke court court. I spoke to CAB who kindly came to court with me.
Aspect parking showed photos and a copy if a form that the land owners, I think, had signed. We argued for ages that it was private property but the judge agreed with them and I had to pay the fine and all the court costs, also I had a CCJ against me.
Be careful if you're thinking of ignoring it!!!!!! Get a solicitor who specialises in motor stuff may be an idea.0 -
Utter crap , you are just a ppc troll, the only way you get a ccj is not to pay the judgement within 28 daysExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I must say the PPC trolls are getting more active, perhaps it's a sign of desperation. A couple of days ago we had one over on CAG who reckoned they had received a parking ticket from Newlyn, even though everyone knows they are not a PPC, just a DCA.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Whilst I empathise with your viewpoint re the troll ..you have to be careful about telling them they are talking crap re CCJ.
The original judgement is just that a County Court Judgement (CCJ).
However if you pay it within the time specified (usually 28 days) then the CCJ is not recorded against you in the register of judgements but nonetheless it IS still a CCJ.0 -
Do the CAB actually attend court with people? I thought they only offered legal advice at their offices. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I thought that CAB only said "pay up".I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

You obviously know the details so put up the case number so we can see the court papers and judgement. Than we will know if you are talking tripe or not.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

If its not recorded its not a ccj in a credit file , and lets face it that is all that counts, and this person is obviously a troll, all they do is register an account to just say crap, and it is crap as its lies!

The CCJ is only applied if it goes to court, the PPC wins judgement, and its not paid within 28 days, and lets face it out 850k tickets issued yearly 60%-70% of them ignored, how likely is it to happen?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors.
