Hi. I took out a loan a few years ago and at the time the bank said I could only take out the loan if I took out payment protection, without it, it wouldn't go ahead. I saw an advert on TV for Claim 2 Gain today and had a look on their website. Has anyone used them? Do they take a percentage if you are successful or is there an easier way to go about this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you xx

Hi there
I am not sure if anyone have used them but have also seen the ads on TV.
You can make a reclaim on the PPi if mis sold for any reason you may have without the need of using a claims company, its only a matter of completing the reclaiming questionnaire from this site, its only what they would do anyway and this way you keep all your refund if successful.
Check below for details, which takes you to the reclaiming questionnaire, stage one.
You pursue the ones who set up and sold you the account, send to head office of a complaints dept if they have one, and wait for a decision by about 8 weeks.

Also try to keep copies of everything as well, in case you need to refer to this again at some point.
Hope this helps, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks di3004, will give that a go. I've got all the original paperwork so fingers crossed it will be successful! The loan is with Natwest so will crack on with trying to claim it back. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it!!Sealed pot member #1950 - £44.79
