Office Supplies

I really need to restock on masses of office equipment, everything from filing cabinets to printing paper, ink and envelopes, it all seems to be running out at the same time. Can anyone recommend a good cheap supplier, or one that gives cashback through quidco, or good special offers or similar? I'd prefer to get everything from the same place to avoid multiple delivery charges. Have looked at Viking and Euroffice and they don't seem so cheap.
Does anyone know a good supplier?
Thanks

before I left my role to embark on maternity leave I did find Euroffice one of the cheapest overall and also has cashback via Quidco. Also they do a price match so will refund the difference if you find products cheaper elsewhere anyway.0

For office furniture try and find a second hand supplier near you. I managed to get everything I needed at around a third of the original price plus the odd bit thrown in for free and they even delivered it all. There must be thousands upon thousands of second hand filing cabinets to be had.
For printing work out what the most economical format is for you, perhaps ask on the techie forum. I only print in small quantities and only need draft quality so use an Epson which takes 4 different cartridges and you can get the whole pack for £3.50 delivered. With other printers and if I used originals I could be paying £30 or perhaps even £50.
I find most of the big online suppliers like Viking and Staples similar in prices. They are like supermarkets, incredibly cheap on some items (perhaps loss leaders) and ridiculously expensive on others. As most have free delivery over £30 ex VAT there is no reason not to use more than one. Just buy the offers and they usually give quantity rates so buy in bulk.
Don't overlook the High St, with their regular discount vouchers WH Smith can be cheap on some items (but again silly expensive on others) and even Poundland is worth a look as they sometimes have clearance bargains on branded stuff.0 -
Euro Office used to offer 20% discount for new customers online and I think they are now back on Topcashback for a while at 10%.
I use Viking or Euro Office for most of our stationery but use printer cartridge specialists for consumables as they seem a lot cheaper.Freebies Received: Supersavvyme bag, Olay moisturiser, Barbara Daly/Tesco Mascara, Seeds of Change Choccie, Yorkshire Tea Kenyan teabags, Tesco mobile sim cards x 2.
Won: Yorkshire Tea goodie box0 -
Lyreco, powell and staples all do fairly cheap office supplies if you have trade accounts with them.
With Lyreco and Powell they are open to negotiation on prices depending on monthly order quantitys.0 -
I second the recommendation for used office equipment. We got a desk (with locking drawers), 4 drawer filing cabinet (Bisley with keys), unit for the customer coffee machine to sit on, and 4 office chairs for £90.
Delivery was £35, but about 20 miles away. Saw a listing on ebay, then visited premises to see what was available from a charity.0 -
I use Costco for my office stationery. They have worked out quite a bit cheaper than Staples for the bits I need.
I am ex-office furniture industry and would recommend Green-Works, which is a charity specialising in second hand office furniture, see:
