Not sure how to proceed

I bid on an oufit a few days ago, I was the highest bidder at the end of the auction but the reserve was not met, so I assumed that I had lost out on it.
The buyer has emailed me today and said she will take my final offer if I still want it, I am still interested but how do we complete the sale, the buyer was not sure either.
She sent me the emails via ebay so she is not trying to get out of fees etc.
Does anyone know how to proceed.
