    Hi,
Two months after sending HFO a CCA request they have indeed sent it to me so they've got me bang to rights.
I am willing to pay the debt but there's no way I could stretch to more than £25-£30 a month so how do I go about 'negotiating' soemthing with them.
Do I have to pay their horrendous add on fees?
They have asked me to call them but I want to do everything in writing so I hope someone out there can advise me on the next step to take.
    Thank you in advance.

Offer them £25 per month and tell them that it's from your granny's funeral fund.

I have it on good authority that a particular branch is investigating HFO and all the complaints against them, so hopefully they will get their CCA licenced revoked, god knows there's enough evidence against them.
Given that the letters constitute written evidence of a wilful refusal to comply with the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the OFT should have more than sufficient cause to revoke HFO's licence.

    Of course, they won't.
