Hi all

Am currently renting and we need to move to a bigger place as I have 2 kids and we have outgrown where we are. Could really do with finding a place via a private landlord to avoid paying the ridiculous estate agent fees but the only sites I can find are Loot, which has nothing and gumtree which are mostly ads placed by small estate agents rather than private landlords. Last time I moved, I found a place via the local paper website but they have now changed to just connecting you to findaproperty and don't do private listings any more.

Anyone suggest any good websites?
