  • The word 'genuine' does tend to be conspicuously absent from listings of fake items.

    I don't think using it gives you any kind of immunity. Anyone with a good knowledge of the item you're selling will know if it's a fake.

    As long as you're confident in the legitimate origins of the item you're selling, you've done all you can. If there is any proof (CoA, receipts from a major store, etc) it's always worth mentioning.

    been sent a fake dvd- did not even work
