Does little to improve the perception of mortgage brokers as a profession.

Is Conrad a mortgage broker then?
    I am a mortgage adviser.

Your posts are wildly inaccurate most of the time, and you make the same mistakes over and again. For example the many where you give a knowing tut tut and 'advise' people interest only will not be acceptable, which is far wide of reality.

I've said this to you before - you seem to dispense information in a text book fashion. The real world of mortgages is nothing like a CEMAP text book.

According to you people MUST tell thier lender if they decide to let thier homes, but in the REAL WORLD - for example Cambridge where I used to work, the profs used to let thier places on the quiet whilst doing a sabatical abroad. It's just the way of things.

I myself take a loud ethical stance on things that really matter like kids living in boxes in Manila or hippocrites like socialist Billy Bragg (claims to want equality and wealth redistribution) living in a £1.5m mansion in Dorset.

Why do you spend your energy ticking people off here, when there are really important things you could vent off on? Why not throw that dissatisfaction at the fact children starve?

Of course the OP should be truthful, but thats not relevant to my mentioning the FACT lenders will harldy ever contact an employer.

You know in the real world Anita Roddick was only able to start the Bodyshop by saying the Bank loan was for a car. If she had followed the advice of people like you she never would have got that business off the ground.
