Well done burntfingers!
Today is the 4th sunny day in a row here, and the iPad 2 has just been announced, so I am happy!
iPad 2 looks soooo pretty!
Not that I need one, but I can see the appeal now (couldn't really before)Can we pretend that aeroplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars, cause I could really use a wish right now...0 -
I was like that too - I didn't see the point of them. It was only when I saw them in action, and saw how others used them that I realised it could literally change my life - it would give me so much more free time at home, and really allow me to work on the go, making me far more productive than I currently am!Loan [STRIKE]£5000[/STRIKE] £0; Overdraft [STRIKE] £700[/STRIKE] £0

I have a macbook and an iPhone4 (before anyone jumps in, I get a bit defensive here... My dad bought me the macbook and I had the income to justify the iphone at the time...)
I can't see that I would need that step in the middle at this stage. But for those that don't have either a good laptop or a phone with similar capabilities or was travelling more than I am then I can definitely see the usefulness now it is thinner, lighter, has the cameras and is more powerful.
Anyways, back on topic! I sold a book on ebay last night! yay! It was only 99p but that's better than it taking up room on my shelf.
I also have 2 nights out this weekend that shouldn't be too expensive and I am really looking forward to.Can we pretend that aeroplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars, cause I could really use a wish right now...0 -

£423 went into my bank today, so I have paid back £150 into my savings account, bringing it up to its previous balance of £2000. I have also paid off another £125 on my CC. I am expecting another £160 in the account today or tomorrow, which will be split between CC repayment and the remiander back into savings!Loan [STRIKE]£5000[/STRIKE] £0; Overdraft [STRIKE] £700[/STRIKE] £0

I was wokrn up by a text from Tesco CC, telling me my balance was £66.02 - £108.98 less than I thought it was!
I have paid off that balance in full now and will be transferring another £380 (the maximum I am allowed to) onto that CC as soon as I can.
I will then be at my lowest CC debt in nearly 3 years!Loan [STRIKE]£5000[/STRIKE] £0; Overdraft [STRIKE] £700[/STRIKE] £0
