COOL! thanks0 -
When you see the terrace though, it is a big double fronted, not your usual Merthyr type, terrace.

It's a shame about the crazy colour scheme, whoever buys it will have to redecorate most of the way through, what's that hideous grey all about.
|Cool lovely house though.
My bedroom is in that "hideous grey", just had it painted that colour from the magnolia the previous owners painted it. It's soooo much better, with much more character.
I love the house and mine is also a terraced ex-pub. It makes for a really quirky living space0 -

Got to love this one.
Guide Price

All those bathrooms, but not even a toilet on the main reception room floor. And the toilet on the ground floor is accessed through the utility room. Not very good for visitors!0 -
i;ve got the same cooker!0

The picture on the fence in the back garden - is that to make it seem exotic?0

Two problems :
Bedroom 4 isn't a bedroom as you have to go through it to get to one of the other bedrooms.
That all in one bath would be no good for me as I am not a midget.0 -
You only go through bedroom 4 to get to bedroom 4's own dressing room. But it is very narrow. I wouldn't want to sleep in it.
What gets me is the walk-in wardrobe in bedroom 5. It is the same size as the utility room downstairs so it must be 3.0mx2.6m. That's one heck of a wardrobe.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0
